This weeks meal is a fantastic and budget friendly veggie option. I cooked this for both veggies and meat eaters and both loved it (and the meat eaters were very surprised!).
Serve with couscous and some kale OR burger it up and serve the ‘steak’ in a wholemeal bap with mayo, relish and lots of green leaves of some sort!
Either way, it is a great recipe to try and coming in at under £2.50 for 4 portions, a great meal for when you are trying to save some money.
