These very special retreats are designed to help you press the pause button on life, take some time out for ‘you’ and really learn how to glow from the inside out. Our vision is to not only ensure that you have a wonderful, transformative and memorable time, but that you are able to take with you a ‘tool kit’ of tricks to prolong that post-retreat glow for as long as possible.

About Faith – Faith has a contagious enthusiasm for all things food and nutrition. With a philosophy based around balance and getting food to fit around life, not the other way around, she makes great nutrition accessible and sustainable for all. A hugely experienced dietitian, she brings with her a skilled approach to teaching people about nutrition, empowering them to make better choices and live a healthier, happier life.
About Marc – British born with a New Mexico upbringing and African Native American, Canadian and Ukranian roots, Marc Laws II is a true citizen of the world. With a passion for connection and an expanse of mind-body wisdom acquired through his own journey as a professional soccer player and sports therapist, Marc’s classes combine physical precision with fun, soulful exploration of everything that yoga has to offer.
Our retreats are held either in the beautiful and welcoming St Enodoc Hotel or sometimes in nearby privately owned houses, all of which offer luxurious accommodation, breathtaking views and fabulous food.
We vary our retreats to put a slightly different focus on each one, be it improving levels of fitness through strong yoga classes and coastal cycles, or focusing on weight management through nutrition education, toning yoga sessions and mindful eating techniques or perhaps shifting the emphasis onto calmness and relaxation through restorative yoga sessions, nutritious energy stabilising meals and indulgent pampering.
