The weekend can be as jam packed with activities or as still as you would like it to be. Our little corner of North Cornwall is one of the best natural playgrounds you could wish for (we are slightly biased though…! ) with more activities on offer than you could ever cram into a week let alone a weekend. As with the yoga sessions, the other activities on offer can be tailored to any ability and level of experience.
The food is a major part of the weekend and is cooked by the brilliant James Nathan with a lot of care and an emphasis on amazing taste, fresh local ingredients and nutritional balance. You can expect some wonderful creations, simple yet delicious flavours and beautiful presentation. We are very happy to cater for all dietary requirements so just let us know when you book up.
Faith will be there throughout the weekend to offer simple and empowering nutrition advice, dispelling many common nutrition myths and empowering you with effective tips and empowering nutritional ‘hacks’ to make eating well easy, tasty and sustainable within a busy lifestyle. Any burning nutrition related questions can be put to rest as there will be plenty of opportunity to ask any questions that you might have.
‘This has been my dream for so many years. To bring people together and offer them the opportunity to immerse themselves in yoga sessions, nutritious food, pampering with luxurious spa products, calming time on or by the water and plenty of time to just ‘be’. Above all, for them to have some lasting ‘tools’ to prolong that retreat glow. I hope you can join us for one of these beautiful retreats and experience for yourself what a magical package we have put together.’
